How we work

What stays the same on every order

Materials

Soy wax, hand-poured in Dubai. Three standard jar sizes: 100, 200 and 300 ml, burning about 25, 35 and 45 hours. Jars come in clear glass in every size, and in matte black or frosted white in 200 and 300 ml; the 100 ml jar is clear only. Wooden wicks are available for +15 AED per candle.

Fragrances

150+ fragrances in six families, from oud and sandalwood to fresh and aquatic. A base fragrance is included in the price.

The approved sample

A sticker-label sample is AED 100 and a printed-jar sample AED 250, both credited against an order of 300+ units. The approved sample is the reference for the whole run.

Volumes and lead times

Up to 15,000 candles a month, more by agreement. About 1 week for sticker-label orders and 10–⁠14 working days for printed jars after approval.

Documents

On request we send safety data sheets and a technical data sheet for the soy wax, IFRA conformity certificates for candle use (IFRA Category 12) from our fragrance suppliers, fragrance safety data sheets, an ingredient list for your label and a copy of our trade licence. Ask on WhatsApp.
