A typical split, not a rule: choose the size for each area during project approval. Burn times are approximate and depend on the wick and fragrance.

How a supply programme works
A sample for each area
Start with a sample in the size and fragrance you plan for each area: AED 100 with a sticker label or AED 250 for a printed jar, both credited against an order of 300+ units.
Reorders you can plan
Tell us your monthly or seasonal volumes and we plan them into production: we make 15,000 candles a month. Reorders follow your approved design and fragrance, so every delivery matches the last.
Group volumes
Volume discount is 5% from 1,000 units, 7.5% from 3,000 and 10% from 5,000. Groups ordering 10,000+ units get individual terms.
Delivery to each property
Delivery in Dubai is always free. Orders of 1,000+ units ship free across the UAE and the GCC, and to Saudi Arabia from 2,000 units; smaller orders are delivered at additional cost.
Open-flame rules
Check your property's fire-safety policy for each area before you order. Bamboo lids are available to cover the candle between uses.
Reed diffusers to order
Reed diffusers are made to order and quoted per project. We don't make bathroom amenities.

The base price includes the jar in any finish, a standard wick, soy wax, a bamboo or silver / gold metal lid and one base fragrance. Printed boxes replace kraft boxes; packaging design is quoted to your brief. Free delivery within Dubai, across the UAE and the GCC from 1,000 units, and to Saudi Arabia from 2,000 units.

Wholesale pricing applies from 300 units per jar size, and a printed design needs 300 units. Different fragrances can share one printed design, so rooms and spa can use different scents in one design.
How much do hotel candles cost?
From AED 50 (100 ml), AED 70 (200 ml) and AED 90 (300 ml) per unit for 300+ units per size, excluding VAT. The base price includes the jar in any finish, a standard wick, soy wax, a bamboo or silver / gold metal lid and one base fragrance. Your logo adds AED 5 (sticker) or AED 15 (print on the jar). Volume discount: 5% from 1,000 units, 7.5% from 3,000, 10% from 5,000.
Can we have our own signature scent?
You choose one fragrance from our 150+ scents and use it across the property. Availability of each fragrance is confirmed during project approval.
Can you supply us every month?
Yes. Tell us your monthly or seasonal volumes and we plan them into production. We make 15,000 candles per month, and reorders follow your approved design and fragrance.
Do you make diffusers or amenities?
Reed diffusers are made to order and quoted per project. We don't make bathroom amenities.
Do the candles need to come in boxes?
No. Candles for rooms and restaurants can come without a box. Kraft or printed boxes are available for the boutique and guest gifts.
How long does production take?
After you approve the sample: about 1 week for sticker-label orders and 10–14 working days for printed jars. Expedited production is possible by agreement.
Do you deliver to properties outside Dubai?
Yes. Orders of 1,000+ units ship free across the UAE and the GCC, orders of 2,000+ units ship free to Saudi Arabia, and delivery within Dubai is always free. Smaller orders are delivered at additional cost.
