Who we are

Lumina Trading, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, runs this website and decides how the personal data sent through it is used. Contact: info@luminacandles.ae, +971 55 281 9889.

What we collect

Quote form. The details you enter: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and your order details (what you are interested in, quantity, jar size, logo, delivery date, fragrances and notes).

Technical details of the brief. The page it was sent from, the site language, the country your connection comes from and the time.

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks on buttons, device and browser type and approximate location. It uses cookies and starts after your first interaction with the page.

Messages. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and handle your order.

To understand which pages and buttons are useful, so we can improve the site.

To keep the records an order requires, such as invoices.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the copy of each brief. Google processes the analytics data. Zoho hosts our email. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for purposes other than those described here.

How long we keep it

The copy of a brief sent through the quote form is deleted automatically after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as the law requires. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are the Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_…). You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, and to stop using it. Write to info@luminacandles.ae and we will reply as soon as possible.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
