Branded candles as corporate gifts in Dubai: a buyer's checklist
A branded candle is one of the few corporate gifts people actually keep on the desk or take home: it is useful, it smells of something memorable and your logo stays in sight for dozens of hours of burn time. Here is what to decide before you place an order.
Who is the gift for?
The audience shapes the brief:
- Clients and partners — a premium finish: printed frosted jar, branded printed box.
- Exhibitions and events — larger volumes, a clear logo that reads from a distance. For NAKHLA we produced exhibition giveaways with bold red branding on frosted glass.
- Employees and seasonal campaigns — Ramadan, Eid, year-end: a shared design with a choice of fragrances.
How your logo goes on the candle
For property developer ORA we printed white geometric branding directly on frosted glass — a clean, architectural look that fits a real-estate brand. For EURO TECH we used clear glass jars, bamboo lids and branded sticker labels. Both approaches work; the difference is finish, volume and timing:

Samples are fully credited against an order of 300+ units.
Budget per gift
The base candle costs AED 50 (100 ml), AED 70 (200 ml) or AED 90 (300 ml) per unit for 300+ units, excluding VAT. The base price includes the jar in any finish, a standard wick, soy wax, a bamboo or silver / gold metal lid and one base fragrance. A 300 ml printed candle in a branded printed box comes to 90 + 15 + 15 = AED 120 per gift before VAT. Try your own combination in the price estimator.
Plan the timeline backwards
Start from the date you hand out the gifts and work back: delivery, production (1 week for stickers, 10–14 working days for printing), sample approval, and the time your team needs to sign off the design. For event deadlines, send the brief as early as possible — expedited production is available by agreement.
Packaging makes it a gift
A kraft box (+5 AED) keeps it simple; a branded printed box (+15 AED) turns the candle into a finished gift; a fabric pouch (+3 AED) adds a soft, natural touch. Larger gift arrangements are quoted to your brief.

Delivery is free within Dubai on every order, free across the UAE and the GCC from 1,000 units, and to Saudi Arabia from 2,000 units. Smaller orders are delivered at additional cost.
